Rooted in North Bali

Bali Canyoning Trip was created to help canyoning grow in North Bali — while involving and empowering the local community that calls these mountains home.

Canyoning here isn't new, and we weren't the first to open routes. What we focus on is building something long term: a structured team, clear standards and a commitment to professionalism that keeps developing over time.

Before forming Bali Canyoning Trip as one team, we spent years developing guiding skills, safety procedures and outdoor experience. That foundation is what shapes our work today.

Our approach in the canyon

Every descent follows the same structure — clear, calm and built around the people we're guiding. Three principles shape how we run a trip.

Clear procedures, every time

Before any descent, every guest gets a full safety briefing and equipment explanation. We move step by step. Inside the canyon, decisions are calm and based on real conditions — we assess, we don't rush.

Small groups, full attention

We limit group size because supervision matters. Smaller groups mean better communication, better rope management and more control of the environment — and a far more personal experience for each guest.

Guided by local insight

Understanding North Bali goes beyond knowing the route. It means reading river behaviour, weather patterns and how conditions can change — awareness that keeps every trip smooth and well managed.

03 — Who Can Join

Accessible for different levels

Our canyoning experiences are built for a wide range of travellers. You don't need previous experience to join many of our routes — first-timers are guided step by step and supported throughout the descent.

For those after more challenge, we run routes with higher rappels and more technical sections. As long as you're in good general health and comfortable with the outdoors, there's an experience to match your level.

04 — Where We're Based

Our location in North Bali

Our base sits in North Bali, close to some of the island's most beautiful canyoning areas — a region of rivers, jungle valleys and a quieter atmosphere than the busy south.

Being close to the canyons means less time on the road and more time in the river — and lets us monitor local conditions closely, with better awareness of weather and terrain changes.
